Simon Fraser, Foreign Affaris Sous-Sherpa to the British Government

Simon Fraser is Director General, Europe and Globalisation in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and is a member of the FCO Board In the Foreign and Commonwealth Office he has served as Director for the Middle East and North Africa, as Director for Strategy and Innovation, including policy planning, and as Political Counsellor in the British Embassy in Paris.

Lord George Foulks, MSP

Lord George Foulkes of Cummnock is a Member of the Scottish Parliament representing the Lothians Region, and was a Member of Parliament from 1979 to 2005. He is also a life peer, and, in that capacity, holds a seat on the Intelligence and Security Committee. Between 1997 and 2001 he held a post in the Department for International Development, before becoming Secretary of State for Scotland until 2002.

Mark Robinson, Former MP and Winston Churchill Memorial Trust Board Member

Mark Robinson served as a Conservative Member of Parliament representing the constituencies of Newport West and Somerton and Frome. During that time he served as Parliamentary Undersecretary of State, Welsh Office, and as Parliamentary Private Secretary to former Prime Minister Ted Heath, and, separately, to Douglas Hurd. He as also worked for the UN Secretariat and the Commonwealth Secretariat. He is currently a member of the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust board.

Ruth Dawkins, Stop Climate Chaos Scotland Coordinator

Ruth Cameron is a long-time environmental campaigner, having worked primarily in Edinburgh and Greenland. She ran in the 2007 Scottish Parliamentary Elections for the Green Party, shortly after having served a year as President of the Edinburgh University Students' Association. She is now responsible for coordinating the work of Stop Climate Chaos Scotland.

Wes Streeting, President of the National Union of Students

Wes Streeting served for a year as President of the Cambridge University Students' Union having previously been JCR President at Selwyn College, before becoming Vice President (Education) at the National Union of Students (NUS) in 2006. At the NUS Annual Conference 2008 he was elected President.
